Menstrual Hygiene Day- May 28th
Confident Girl Mentoring, Inc. works to end menstrual health disparities by providing young girls and women in Western New York with the supplies to be confident and comfortable during their menstrual cycles.
Menstrual health is a matter of human rights. People who menstruate deserve affordable and accessible menstrual products, untaxed and available in public places like schools, shelters and prisons. Our E3 Menstrual Hygiene Health Project, a youth-powered movement will make systemic change through law and policy to end period poverty in our lifetime.

Menstrual cycles average 28 days in length and people menstruate an average of five days each month. Millions of women and girls around the world are stigmatized, excluded and discriminated against simply because they menstruate. #WeAreCommitted #MHDAY2024
